Anna is a Child and Family Psychologist (graduated 2017). She has worked across health sectors which has involved working alongside children, youth, young adults, and their whānau in the areas of trauma, disability, mental health and behaviour. Anna can provide therapy and assessment for clients, as well as advice around parenting and behaviour. Anna is also ACC Sensitive Claims registered.
Anna is passionate about evidence-based treatment and uses different therapeutic modalities in her child and adolescent work including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Behaviour Analysis, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
