About The Arahura Centre
The Centre itself is located at 406 Barrington Street, Spreydon, Christchurch, in an old triple-brick villa that has been extensively refurbished, extended, modernised, and ‘quake-strengthened’. At the front of the building we have a beautiful Contemplative Garden complete with bench seats and private nooks. The garden is open to anyone who wants to sit for a while and just be – clients, staff, and the general public too.
At the back of the building we have ample car parking for all Centre visitors and staff. The entrance to the Centre – including the general waiting room – is from the car park/back of the building side. Inside, the building is warm, friendly, and quiet – a haven and sanctuary for the special work of inner healing.
